This Dry cleaner is terrible! Do not go here. I took my 300$ Sweater to this place for cleaning and when I got it back there were bleach stains on the front of the sweater and on the back. I went back to get to show them what they did and I brought my receipt so They can reimburse me my 300$ but only told me they can give me 85$. 85$ for a 300$ hoodie and they were the ones who ruined it in the first place. We ended up leaving with 125$ but after a long negotiation that shouldn’t have happened in the first place if they did their job right and cleaned my Sweater right. Do not go here, They have bad customer service and they ruin items and don’t reimburse you what you paid for and not even half of what you paid for, even with your receipt. Terrible service, terrible dry cleaners.
If I could leave 0 stars I would because this business is super shady , the employees there are very rude and unprofessional, I spoke to Vivianes husband Greg about some unexplainable damages they caused to my property and his attitude towards the situation was very hostile and egoistic, and to add to that they smirked and laughed through out the situation like it was a joke and even tried to imply that I dropped off the clothing in that condition which is false. I had proof about what I was confronting them about and Greg had absolutely no interest in that.They lack integrity and accountability which is very critical when running a business especially one that's been around for 20+years. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! TAKE THIS AS A WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY BUSINESS. DONT LET THE FACT THAT THEY REPLY TO THESE REVIEWS IN A GOOD MANNER FOOL YOU JUST KNOW ITS A WHOLE DIFFERENT SITUATION WHEN DEALING WITH THEM IN PERSON.
GREAT service! As soon as I walked in I was greeted well! Numerous customers came in with smiles including local officers. Ms. Lady and Ms. Vivian want you to LOOK and FEEL your best! Ms. Vivian was very thorough in making sure that I liked my clothing! Will bring my entire wardrobe here and refer them to others! Nice family owned business!!!
