Excellent all the way around. The love and care that goes into every morsel leaving the kitchen is obvious in every bite. The brisket is amazing and the turkey breast is delicious. Both were tender, moist and smoked to perfection. The collard greens are the best I've ever tasted. Even the beans kept me coming back for more. This is Texas BBQ at its finest. No need to leave the state, just get to Bludso's - you won't be disappointed.
We have been going here for 8 plus years. Food is always fresh, hot and delicious. Absolutely love the Mac and Cheese. I tried the Texas Caviar for the first time...the BOMB!!!! Pork Ribs fell off the bone. Rib Tips had a delicious bark around them. The Regular Brisket was amazing, loved how buttery the fat was!!!! CAN'T WAIT TO ORDER OUT AGAIN!!!
Changed the original beef ribs to a single dinosaur 1lb beef rib. Atleast 1/2 lb is fat and other half us the gigantic bone then meat. The original were delicious meaty and flavorful the reason I came here. The new dinosaur beef rib was total rip off lacked flavor was extremely fatty and stringy.
Came here on the recommendation of a friend from Kansas City. He searched far and wide for the best BBQ in LA and it’s telling that he chose a Texas BBQ place as his favorite and lemme tell ya it does not disappoint! The brisket omg… anyway yes great atmosphere, great food, bring your friends and family, or order a big takeout for a party (I’ve done both and great experiences all around)!
Best BBQ in LA. At least the best I’ve had. The rib tips are insanely tasty. The brisket is phenomenal. The greens taste like somebody’s Auntie (w the big arm) made ‘em. The ribs can be eaten with no sauce, texture is crazy. Love this place
