A friend gave me an expensive gift card. Called on a few occasions to book when it was convenient for me. However, they wasn’t open or didn’t have any availability. When I called again I notice the gift card had expired. They didn’t try to accommodate the inconvenience of not being able to service me previously. I assumed like most gift cards it’s an yr expiration. I hate my friend bought me a gift card from this place. Too many other spas with better customer service to select from. Highly disappointing!

My partner and I had a fantastic experience at Bettye O Day Spa! From our first step in the door we were greeted with warmth from the staff. My partner and I both received signature facials with the fruit enzyme mask and serum. We also took home some lovely products. Both Ms. Bettye and Michelle provided amazing services. The history and expertise of this spa is unmatched! Ms. Bettye gave us a tour of her lovely facility and shared just a piece of her decades-long impactful history in the industry. Excellent is the only word to describe my experience last Friday at this Hyde Park treasure! The welcoming staff that greeted me as I entered the spa; the wonderfully soothing facial with Tyna; the relaxing tranquilizing massage with Bruce; and the opportunity to sit down with Bettye O for a quick chat! Her words of wisdom was just what I needed to hear! Thank you, thank you for an amazing afternoon!! BTW, the robe I purchased is FANTASTIC!
Today was my first time coming here. As soon as you enter the spa, the receptionists are so welcoming and friendly. They offer you water and snacks. I received a massage from Bruce who was absolutely amazing and a Facial from Ms. Betty who is the owner. Ms. Betty offered great and in depth information regarding what to do for your skin. I will be return back for both again.
