When my grandmother passed in March 2022, we decided to sell the house in Severna Park. As a photographer, it was important for me to search for a competent real estate photographer and I found ReCreative Visual. I told the agent they had to agree to use RECreative Visual to get the listing. The agent used them for Photos, Floorplan, and iGuide 360 tour. The photos were even better than what I saw on their website. We ended up listing in the Fall, and quickly got an over-asking price offer in a declining real estate market. I've used RECreative for all of my high end rental listing. Nima and his team do great work and have very fast turnaround times for delivery of photos.
