Wonderful people to work with. They are very fair and efficient. I ended up having to cancel at the last minute and they still served us with respect. I completely reconnect them
Terrible customer service. As soon as I walked in the bad vibe was felt from the female cashier attending the front. I wasn't greeted at all. I went in to blow up balloons of my own with helium. The female attending quoted me and few minutes later another customer was quoted less to blow up her balloons right in front of me. When I asked if I can get the same price this person straight up ignored me. She even looked upset because I asked. She just looked at me and turned away. When blowing up my balloons she popped one of the foil balloons. She came to me and just gave it back saying it was already like that when I clearly heard it pop right there and then. I had to ask the male that was there attending other customers for tape. I took it back to her and she didn't bother giving me an apology or a discount for popping up my balloon! I don't understand how they have a business if they don't recognize the concept of customer service!. I was offered a higher price from other customers and a bunch of mad faces. I still paid the full amount I was charged with after her popping my balloon. I will never return to this place.
I don’t know where to begin. Well let’s start with the plating. Our Thanksgiving dinner was for 30 ppl. So we ordered 30 of the dinner plates along with the bowls an off white color or egg shell. Upon delivery on the day before thanksgiving day (2:00 pm), we received the right number of plating, however almost half of the plates/bowls were cracked and with the wrong design. Then we noticed half of the plates were a solid white color. So we had half the plating cracked and the wrong color/wrong design. So we called them again and explained the issue. By this time it was 5:00pm. They were kind enough to bring replacements. Well the replacement plating was the right color...except they brought salad plates instead of dinner plates. Needless to say we had to make do with what we had. Now the warmers we had rented did not come with sterno burners so we had to make a last minute trip to the store to by sterno burners. The next morning, this business decides to show up at 9:00 am to pick up their items. Keep in mind all dishes had to be cleaned prior to pick up. Luckily my wife was up at 7:00am to take our son to work and immediately started to clean when the door bell rang. My wife called the business to ensure they knew about the issues that had happened. Well the man on the other line representing the business was extremely rude kept interrupting and kept repeating himself “you signed the agreement”. They could have at least given us an afternoon time to pick up giving us time to clean. Mind you our last guests didn’t leave till 12:00am. I truly hope the owners of this business reads these reviews and try’s to turn their service around. I, myself doubt they care due to the extreme rudeness of the person my wife spoke to. Apparently these ppl only care about the $$$. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!
They have a delivery window of 9 am to 12pm. They did not arrive till 1240pm ajd my daughters prom party started at 1pm with my canopy, tables,chairs and linen that we rented. We were literally helping them unload the truck as the did not start assembling the canopy until 10 mins after 1 because they had to unload all the parts. We had to assist them with setting up because it was now after 1pm and our geust started to arrive. They coupd not find all the table linen as one of the delivery people left it on the truck. This was a complete nightmare. Troy who works there had a very nasty attitude and didn't care to assist. They offered me a 100.00 refund for an order that i paid over 900.00 for. This was a HUGE dissapointment as I have done buisness with them many times before. I will never use this company agian.
