Great little spot to grab a quick coffee or bottle of wine for an event. They have many wines I can't find anywhere else.
Great place to broker deals. Million Dollar Deals over lattes & laughs. Great addition to the neighborhood.
Had a great experience meeting a friend for wine and small bites. I arrived as the kitchen was closely at Alta and the staff in the wine shop was able to grab some small appetizers for us before break for dinner. I had brought my dog and we sat outside and I think we met everyone in the neighborhood bc everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend the wine shop and will be back to have a proper dinner at Alta.
I have been living in this area since I was 12, I'm 29 now, this is a welcome coffee shop to the neighborhood...kinda. Speaking personally as someone who can afford to spend a little more on coffee, the pricing is a bit higher than comparable shops. My usual order of a latte and a croissant runs me about $9-$10 with tip, at a comparable shop it usually runs me 7-8. Just saying this place is definitely geared more towards the new wave of residents. The coffee is good, great even. The selection of items on the menu are small but definitely well thought out. The staff is friendly and quick, (minus the one day where there was one person who seemed bored out to their minds, but I won't hold that against them since we all are entitled to off days.) The one area where I rly had to knock a star off was the pastries. Sometimes they are great, sometimes they are a bit dry, and that I can't forgive. I will continue to visit this place, and update this post if needed.
Excellent coffee, the barista was obviously experienced- she didn’t even blink at a quad shot request and the latte still came out smooth and flavorful! The breakfast options also looked amazing but I didn’t have time to try. The atmosphere is comfortable to work in and seems to show strong support for local arts. Definitely a new favorite stop for me!
