The first wedding planner we contacted said she couldn't possibly do the wedding we wanted on the budget we had. The second we contacted was Jackie, who delivered on the wedding without any issue. There was a lot we didn't know about weddings and she guided us through the whole process and handled nearly every part of the wedding. That included the venue, flowers, DJ, makeup/hair, tuxedo/dress rentals, and tons of small touches to make our wedding even better. She aggressively negotiated with the venues/vendors to get extra discounts and add-ons. Our wedding was beautiful and went smoothly and it was in large part due to Jackie's work.
Jackie and her team at wedding story couldn't have been more of a help to our wedding. Worth every penny and then some! We had everything set and secured early on. We could relax until the next meeting knowing we weren't going to miss anything. She made it easy for us to get married without any hassle. Professional and cares for their clients. We built a relationship with them and they truly were a part of the wedding and not just on the sidelines. We had full trust in Jackie and her team and I recommend anyone who wants a smooth and perfect wedding to use Wedding Story. We have recommended all our friends as they were all also impressed at the dedication and attention to detail as Jackie and her team provided us with the best wedding we could ask for! Jackie is the best!! Their new location is Fairfax is so beautiful and professional. They have a lot of wedding dresses to choose from. If you're looking to rent a dress, wedding story has quite a few options to try on! Jackie also does wedding flowers, bridal hair and make-up along with coordination. Because she practically does EVERYTHING involved on wedding day we were ahead of schedule and relaxed. FANTASTIC ♥️♥️
I can't recommend Jackie and her team enough! I thought I could plan my wedding on my own, but I was in way over my head. I wish I used Wedding Story sooner! Jackie has been in the business for years, so has many connections. She was able to find better deals than what I could on my own. Not only is she and her team highly professional, but they are also so knowledgeable and kind. Planning a wedding is not easy, but thanks to Jackie, my needs were always met and she was quick to reply to all of my questions or concerns. After starting with Jackie, I became much more calm and so were my parents. All I can say is: don't wait - contact Jackie! (Ps. she is completely fluent in both English and Korean, so she has an even wider selection of vendors she can connect you to for cakes, clothing, etc.)
Jackie and her team are very experienced wedding planners and listened to every detail in what I wanted for my dream wedding. I found her a week after I got engaged (Apr 2021) and worked with her for a year to plan plan out my wedding (Apr 2022)! She was great at multitasking and being the middle man for all my vendors (photography, catering, pipe and draping, quartet, etc.) Jackie was also my day of coordinator and did an amazing job at making sure we were sticking to the schedule and moving along smoothly. Her team also did my flowers and my bridesmaids' hair and make up and it couldn't have turned out better! I also rented my beautiful ceremony dress from her selection which was really great at helping me cut down the cost of having to buy another dress. All in all, my experience with Wedding Story was wonderful and I would choose them again if I had to go back!
