I used to have severe anxiety about visits to the dentist’s office. New Essence Dentistry is the only office in town that has made me feel comfortable. The entire staff is super friendly. It’s very clean. This will definitely be my dentist office as long as I live in Sac. That’s for sure.
Awesome place! I grew up with my mom working in dentistry and haven’t felt this comfortable since then. I felt heard when I explained the issues I was having, and well taken care of. And everyone was so nice! From the Front Desk attendant to the Dental assistant and both of the doctors. Extremely professional and clean as well as up to standard with COVID guidelines. Lastly, I have been having an issue with a tooth for roughly 10 years.. all other dentists never gave me a solution to my issue until I came here! Highly recommend! Thank you doctors, and I look forward to booking my follow up appointment.
All of the staff are extremely friendly and patient. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and take their time explaining what they are doing. Coming from someone who has had many many bad experiences at the dentist I found New Essence very pleasant. I no longer have anxiety when I schedule dentist appointments. I highly recommend their services.
