The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, the owner knows a lot about tea, and the food is top notch! Whether you're looking to pop-in for a quick cup of tea or coffee and a pastry, or you make reservations for the full sit-down tea service, TeaLee's is the place to be! In addition to tea/coffee and pastries, there is a bookstore on BOTH the main level and in the basement. If you're looking for a book club meeting space, or any other, the downstairs seats a modest number of people! For the full tea service, you start with a delicious Salmon Quiche (at least that's what it was both times I went there) and then 3 tiers of sweet and savory goodness (the scones are AMAZING). The bottomless tea is a big plus too! You can choose any flavor from their tea menu which is brewed to order. Know that everything for the tea service is made fresh, so be sure to allow enough time to fully enjoy your meal (plan for 2-3ish hours). Enjoy your visit!
What a great experience. Great selections, nice variety. Ambiance, love the owner and what she’s done with this tea shop. Music, Art, Culture. If you like tea, you will love Tealee’s. I love teaing and this is going to be one of my new favorites.
An absolute pleasure to dine at the gem of Denver. The honey chai was made exactly how I specified & it was marvelous. TeaLee's is the perfect place to work & have a date. Had wonderful conversations with the owner & employees. We felt right at home & did not want to leave for the airport. This will be our 1st stop next time we're in Denver.
1/6/23 Nice little place. I guess they have a basement of some sort if they can’t fit everybody on the top level. Tea is good, friendly staff, service is ok…..the wait is just too long! Hard to find parking too if all the road side parking is full. Lots of teas to choose from but beware you might wait for it too long.
This is a great place for a low key Wonderful brunch. Food is freah, bright and delicious, 10/10 recommend getting a quishe, I'm sure everything is delicious but the broccoli, bacon cheese quishe was wildly good. Don't stop at the food, get a cup of tea, lovely unusual combinations for the adventurous tea goer but staples are available too! Can confirm both are wonderfully brewed. Bring a book or check out the used books downstairs. This place is worth a stop in for brunch.
