I needed a massage therapist that could do deep, intentional, medical-grade work on my body. I have a connective tissue disorder and also work a job where I’m on my feet for sometimes 10-12 hours a day nonstop. A lot of my body is messed up and it needs serious manipulation to help relieve my chronic pain. I’ve seen so many therapists that claim to be able to access deep tissue effectively, but that has almost never actually been the case in my experience. I’ve been told I have a weirdly high pain tolerance, though, so I guess take that with a grain of salt 😂 My point is, Devon gets in there and tears it up. In the best way. He is very skilled at reading the body. As long as I communicate with him the areas bothering me before the session starts, he’ll pinpoint the important spots to massage to release tension. He’ll spend extra time on an area that needs it. He won’t prioritize muscles that don’t. These massages haven’t been the soft, spa treatment, relaxing kind. They’ve been strong and effective 🙏🏻 PS he’s only massaged my feet once, for a brief amount of time, and he was able to tell there was something wrong with them lmao. Fun fact I neglected to mention to him: I’ve got extra bones! It took multiple doctor’s visits and an x-ray to figure out what Devon was able to sense with his hands. Pretty cool if you ask me. I’ve seen him twice so far, and I pre-purchased like 3 more massages because he had a December sale. Y’all I’m never switching LMTs again if I can help it. I plan on going biweekly. Would absolutely recommend 💯
This was the most relaxing and effective massage I have ever received! Devon is extremely professional, kind-hearted, and makes you feel very comfortable and at ease right away. He will travel to you, which made the experience even more convenient and enjoyable. I have servere tension from a sedentary job and chronic problems with lower back/hip pain. Devon didn't just cover up the tension, he actually went in and intentionally fixed the issues causing the tension. He is extremely knowledgeable about how the body works and it shows in his work. This massage made the vacation worth it! You will not be disappointed by this experience!
I asked Devon for a deep tissue massage, and he delivered! I’ve had many therapists over the years, and ranks highest! It’s obvious he loves what he does & he’s got a new permanent client! Thank you Devon!
The massage was an “out of body experience “! Devin did a perfect job working the right areas. Will definitely make another appointment.
Scheduled an appointment based on a recommendation and I could not recommend Pumzika more. Will be thinking about the targeted exercises I was suggested based on my body and scheduling again soon.
