Kimberly is amazing! She takes her time and makes sure I am comfortable. She always gives me a cell phone stand and complimentary beverage. She has strong hands and gives a great hand and fit massage. When I leave she’s always so gracious and gives me a BIG hug!
I’ve been coming to this salon for my nails for almost 2 years now and haven’t been disappointed with the nail job. However, today for the first time I go in for a wax job. It was the WORST wax experience of my entire life. I will never recommend or go back to support this local business ever again!!!!! They had a lady who had absolutely no experience or skills do the job and it was horrifying. At first she used wax, then used that same strip multiple times because they were so cheap on using the supplies. Then mid way she switched to another machine and the wax was cold. She now realized she can’t strip it off and kept rubbing oil to clean it off. The cotton pads she was using was stuck all over her fingers and tissue sheets. It looked like a child doing arts and crafts. When I complained to the owner, he kept going off on how his staff is highly trained and qualified for such services and didn’t even apologize for such an experience. He was yelling at me as if I was the one who did something wrong and was just rushing to charge me. He is extremely disrespectful, so arrogant and very money greedy. DO NOT WASTE your time or money here! There are so many new salons that just opened up in this area!
I’ve been going to this salon for the past 6 years. Great customer service from the moment you walk on the door. Terry is efficient and patient- great front line person for this very busy establishment. Kevin is kind and considerate. Selina and Kelly are fantastic.
This has been the best pedicure experience in Loudoun County for me so far. While my pedicure ended up being $90+, I must say I didn’t too much mind as I got gel/shellac, a bath bomb, paraffin wax, a great massage with oils and hot towels. Really just a nice, relaxing pedicure. Andy was really great!
Kathy was great with a shellac polish change! It does take some time, about an hour, so keep that in mind if you want to go during your lunch break.
