Very good brisket, great side dishes. We met the owner while we were there and learned the story behind their logo. Really friendly staff. Pet friendly outdoor seating and the coolest mobile draft beer dispensary truck!!
All the meat was very tender and flavorful. Its been hard finding good bbq in the northeast, but this southwest portion of Connecticut seems to have the best places, Twins being among them. Love all the different sauces and highly recommend the home made sausage they have. The pulled pork grilled cheese was also a star!
Very good fun place and food is super great with flavor. Will be added this place to our scooter rides list and tours . Did a test run today..
We ordered from Twins BBQ last weekend (I ordered from them based on reviews), for a large party at our place and I would use them again in a heartbeat. The food was phenomenal, everyone asked where we got it from - everyone. The portions were sizable, sometimes with catering things are.. skimpy, but not with Twins. The food was plentiful and so damn good. Everything was ready to go at pick up too, packed beautifully. We'll be repeat customers for sure, I highly recommend them for catering!
Some of the best BBQ around hands down! I love the build-it-yourself approach...pick a bread (or bowl), meat, and adders like pickled onions. And top it off with one of 6 different BBQ sauces which (admittedly after trying each one) were all great!
