I have been suffering from a frozen shoulder for the last year and recently started getting therapeutic massages which have alleviated stiffness and has started to improve my ROM. My first massage was with Abby who was truly phenomenal. Since sha was going on vacation, Abby recommended Tasha and I really love how she has focused on my frozen shoulder and given me guidance and advice that my PT never gave me. She is a gem and, like said, I’m seeing some improvement and feeling much better overall, thanks to her. Great service and care!

I have been getting massage all my adult life and I just got the BEST massage ever!!!!!! Michael S. is incredible. His massage therapy is on another level!!!! It is a massage plus physical therapy in one. I have chronic pain and discomfort around my shoulders and around my shoulder blades for several years. I gotten massage and physical therapy past few years. Michael was SUPERB in working on my problematic areas. I couldn’t believe it. Michael is also very knowledgeable and very professional. I felt totally comfortable during the therapy. I felt healed. I strongly, strongly, strongly recommend Michael to anyone. He is incredible beyond words. Go see Michael!!! You will sooooo thankful!!!!

Highly recommended! I’ve had lower back pains for over a year and Jason gave an excellent deep tissue massage that made me feel truly revitalized. Definitely returning for continued care!

I have been getting massages from Abby since 2014. Today I got a deep tissue massage with Michael. He is amazing, discusses upfront what needs to be done. My left shoulder was killing me and after the massage, I felt relieved of the pain and relaxed. I love Abby's healing touch and I can say her new team members are awesome too!! You will not regret getting a massage from Abby, Tracey and Michael.

Well, here I am for my 9am massage standing at a locked door and closed business. Abby tried changing my appointment within an hour of when it was scheduled and I was unavailable to confirm that was fine. She took it upon herself to assume it could be changed which was not the case. So, I arrived to a dark office. No answer to my texts of phone calls until 9:05am when Abby finally called and said she was still 15min away. At that point she told me "things come up" and she "didn't owe me an explanation". I have been removed from her client list, which, honestly, I couldn't care less. An absolutely horrible way to conduct business. With so many massage locations this is how you lose clients. This is my second time having a problem with Abby. The first time, she was trying to text me around 11pm the night before my appointment, which is an unacceptable to communicate with clients. When I booked (weeks in advance) I requested an earlier time then was listed on the website. She didn't bother to communicate that she couldn't accommodate the requested time until said 11pm text the night before a 10am massage the next day. At that point I'd obviously assumed it wasn't possible, but clients shouldn't be left in the dark for weeks on end. Her way of communicating is a disgrace. The one massage I had with her was "fine". Nothing noteworthy compared to others I've had. Dealing with her lack of acceptable business practices isn't worth your effort. Find somewhere else to give business to.
