Aside from the spa being clean and cozy, the overall experience is one of a kind! I’ve been getting services here for about 3 years and can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. Antoinisha is sweet & professional and you can tell that she put a lot of effort into making her business what it is today. 10/10 recommended.
Welcoming and beautiful atmosphere! Service is always on point. Many services available all at the spa can get all you need done in one place which is so convenient as in lash extensions, brow wax, brow tints, Brazilians, facials plus more definitely check the spa out ASAP!
Excellent work and customer service! This was the best wax I’ve ever had Antoinisha is thorough and makes a wax as painless as a wax can be. I went back the next week for eyebrow wax and henna, I am in love with the results! The facility has a great atmosphere I highly recommend.
I’ve gotten lash extensions and a brow wax & tint here! Antoinisha does a clean and amazing job with my brows. The tint was a perfect color match to my brows. My lashes were exactly what I had hoped for! Priscilla really gets the vision. So glad I found her! I really want to try the other services as well. Maybe a facial, brazilian wax, or even a vajacial😹.
Pro’s: Affordable Con’s: *They do not put paper down on table to wax you (Brazilian) *The bare table we lay ourselves on is cold & briefly wiped down with rubbing alcohol. *The wax they use made my hair grow back thicker and more rough after the FIRST waxing there. *They told me cancellation policy was $25 but they took $30. They did me the courtesy of not charging me $25 the first time I had to reschedule but then when I showed up for corrected appt with my kid they turned me down the second time around. I didn’t know and tbh I feel like the “right thing” to do would have been to allow it this one time since I’m here and never again? So then they took my whole deposit which was $30 instead of $25 for cancellation even though they were about to let me reschedule for Thursday with out the fee. I asked before I left if I wanted to cancel what were the rules ? They said up to 72 hours and it’s 36 hours in advance (right when I left the office because European wax is available NOW & I NEED DAT) My final opinion is that I think for the tight end rules they have , the quality could be A LOT better. Taking $30 out of a mothers pocket when she showed up and just accidentally brought her kid is just messed up. I would understand maybe the other services that take hours but a Brazilian 🤣 come on now !
