We didn’t get any good deal but they are kind enough even we were late lady over the phone Scott and the guy pulled my car was nice not pushing person only 1 out of 3 cars was not available and it makes sense for many reasons. We wish we can give you our business but may be next time
Worst experience ever. Driver came earlier than scheduled by 1.5 hrs and had a horrible attitude. I kindly asked if she could come in scheduled time or else fine we could still go early. I didn’t disagree to going with her early but asked if she could arrange with her manager. If the answer was no then we would leave with her. She said ok and then 5 min later as we were getting ready she drove off and stopped responding to my calls or insurance calls. Note this was for a medical appointment for my handicap father with a specialist and as a result the appointment had to be cancelled. NOTE: Also to be noted is my father has dementia and can’t go that early to an appointment. I was not rude to the driver and told her to come up to the driveway. She continued to stay in the middle of the road. I opened the garage and was starting to prepare my father for departure when she took off speeding in our neighbourhood. I submitted a complaint against this company with my insurance. The insurance company agent tried to contact driver several times so she can return but she didn’t answer. They also said driver was very rude. I also called them several times to discuss lack of customer service of their driver and left a voicemail which was never returned. I plan on filing complaint with State of CT Business Bureau.
I booked a ride for my cousin, wonderful staff. They truly care about you and treat you like family. Dispatcher's is so friendly and caring about you. Driver's are amazing. I will book a ride with ride by faith transpiration again and again. The prices is so affordable for your family. I will recommend this transportation company over Uber or Lyft any day.!!
The driver Keith, he is always on time and has great conversation with you on your ride. Very nice guy.
