The best on-site caterer! Ricky arrived early in the morning, hours ahead of the start time of our event (in the pouring rain!) to get set up and start cooking. It was very cool to have the smoker on-site. Food was delicious, Ricky is professional and accommodating, great communication, and was a pleasure to have at our tailgate. We will definitely have him out again for catering. Thank you Ricky!
We had Ricky’s on-site BBQ catering for my daughter’s backyard wedding. What a fantastically fun party! Ricky was so friendly, accommodating, and helpful with the set up and serving. The scent from the wood smoker got everyone’s appetites primed for a delicious meal! We had rave reviews from all the guests. Besides being an awesome cook, Ricky is down to earth and so professional! I highly recommend the on site catering and will definitely find a reason to have him back.
First time here! Ordered the baked potato with brisket! Included sour cream, butter, cheese and bbq sauce. I like baked potatoes but I LOVED the one I ordered from here today. The brisket was juicy and tender and the potato was a decent size! Really enjoyed my meal, music was good too :) Going to recommend this place to my coworkers and I deff recommend anyone reading this review to try it out too!
Personal Review; Atmosphere - gave me cookout vibes. They played songs from when I was in high school. Service - Nice young men, attentive but slow. Food - Here for me is the issue. The food wasn’t to my liking. I didn’t like the taste. The Mack and cheese was dry and not very cheesy. The brisket wasn’t good, a little hard and also chewy. Didn’t seem fresh, didn’t have that soft succulent brisket taste. The Chicken was Very Good. I prefer the bbq wings over the dry rub. For the diner plate & 6 wings was $27.50 plus tax & tip. It was my first time purchasing from this establishment.
