Mercedes was absolutely fantastic. We had to pivote a 2 months before our wedding day and she was able to accommodate. Our theme was El Salvadoran and Ecuadorian and she knocked it out of the park. She had several options for center pieces and also decorated the church. 10/10 would recommend
I was shopping around for party decorations for a birthday. I ran across this business and booked an appointment with the owner Mercedes. She was super polite, helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond for what I was looking for after she visited the venue. Absolutely beyond impressed with the decorations styles and suggestions! I will definitely be booking with them for future events! If you’re looking for any event decorations, highly suggest to check them out and book with them! 10/10! Highly recommend!!
What a beautiful! Thank you so much Mercedes for the amazingly creative decorations for the my daughter 12 grade graduation, babyshower for my sister and christining. All events looked awesome and WOW!!! was beyond BEAUTIFUL!!! were exactly how we envisioned it. You were a pleasure to work with and we appreciate your patience and flexibilty throughout. Loved, loved, loved everything! It was perfectly perfect! Freh!
I usually do not leave reviews but this one got to me. I spoke with this lady, scheduled an appointment to meet at the venue. She even got to the venue 30mins late and did not apologize. When I told her to give me .5 mins to round up a call as I had waited almost 30 plus mins, she turned around and drove off. I came out looking for her, called her number and even texted her wondering why she would come and just enter the building and after seeing me, she left. She did not respond to my message . Once I texted her that i would report her behavior to Facebook, then she immediately called back stating her daughter’s car was missing. Which I think she was lying. I was confused and annoyed her her behavior and lack of professionalism. I just concluded she was not wanting to stay or do any work for me because she noticed I was woman of color. I will DISCOURAGE anyone willingly to work with this lady. UNPROFESSIONAL and RACIST.
Please avoid working with them at all costs. They’re extremely unprofessional and will not deliver what you need on time. I was told they will be at the venue at 10 AM and they have came at 3PM!!! I had to start my party without a backdrop. If you ever had to work with them please make sure you have a contract other than that don’t rely on them to be on time. Also the manager was so rude when I expressed my frustration about them not following our agreement she told me as long as you got what you need it doesn’t matter if we are late. Absolutely terrible experience and terrible management
