Dentist is excellent. He goes over everything with me in detail. One of the best dentists I have ever gone to. It's very expensive, even with dental insurance. Very hard to afford procedures that need to be done. One other positive is they can do alot of procedures right in house and don't send you to a specialist.
The bedside manner is excellent. I love the sweet lady that does my cleanings (It's hard to hear with the masks but I think her name is Myra). 10/10 would recommend for anyone who often finds themselves nervous going into the dentist. They work with you to ease the stress and are very accommodating to your anxieties.
The staff are very nice & profesional, They added me to a wait list and actually called me back and got me in twice! Ended up with Back to back appointments & with my insurance paying for most of my dental work. Love this place.
The doctor was very through in what he was going to do and took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me the best option that I had And his staff are very good at answering questions and helping out
I've come several times and they have really helpedme get my dental health back on track! All the staff are very professional, kind and gentle. I would recommend New London Dental Care to anybody!
