Great flavor and full Empanadas! I had the classic Cheeseburger, Rican Jerk, and Sizzling Sausage Empanadas and enjoyed all 3 and the sauces they came with. I also recommend the Cajun Yucca fries. The restaurant is located within a residential neighborhood, and can be easily missed. They have seating inside if you don't want to do a pick up order.
Soooo social media is pretty deceiving and apparently so our these reviews. The empanadas were fine. The dough was fine, not overly greasy but they can definitely use a lot more filling in them… As far as the restaurant it self. Looks a lot nicer online. Not the most comfortable seating arrangement. Not sure how long they’ve been open but definitely gives me open mic/poetry vibes. Which is fine, but it doesn’t give out restaurant vibes… I’m sure there’s a better way to execute both. You honestly can’t beat the price and the lady who greeted us was nice but not a place I would really recommend…
I went to Madeline's for the first time about a week ago. Let me just say I just love how many food options are available. I will say the steak and cheese wrap is my favorite. For sweets, I loved the sweet thang empanada! I tried a great deal of options. Please go if you are looking for a chill vibe. The owner is also a beautiful soul. You can wait inside for your food in a relaxing setting too. I will be back for another steak wrap! Please go support this business. I had no idea it was there!
I ordered eight different flavors of empanada, and every single one was outstanding. My only complaint is that they were a little bit oily tasting on the outside, but the flavor on the inside makes up for that. I also received a little container of salsa, and it was literally the best salsa I've had at any restaurant in many years. Love Madeline's and will order again!
v poor service indeed, ok food. Arrived, nobody to greet me, i waited for 10 min until a waitress arrived. She had earphones in the whole time and kept on asking me to repeat things, presumably because of her earphones. She kept on getting the order wong and told me that there was wifi but she couldn't tell me the password because the owner was away. The meat empanadas were good but the sweet empanada was disgusting. Place absolutely reeked of weed.
