Karlene did amazing work with these pieces. We showed a picture and she made these fabulous creations. The turn around time was quick including fitting and adjustments. She is talented and an exceptional seamstress. Her customer service is superb and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Thanks so much! We got numerous compliments at the event.
This store is just okay. It’s not this amazing boutique that most people claim it is. I went in the store and was greeted by a “nice” woman who told me and my friend that everything was hand-made, which I thought was nice. I picked out this beautiful blue dress. It was extremely pricey, but I needed something for my cousin’s wedding. I tried it on and it wasn’t too great of a fit. I apologized to the owner, handing her back the dress. She rolled her eyes and muttered “thanks.” I was taken aback as that was extremely rude for a store owner. As I was now uncomfortable, I told her to have a good day, and she just shot me a dirty look. The owner needs to learn not to throw a fit when people don’t buy her dresses. I would not recommend visiting this establishment, as the environment is not pleasant. Xoxo, Petty Betty
Karen brought my design for a gown to life in less than two weeks. When I met her I was super worried and stress because I needed a dress for my husband's 40th celebration. Without hesitation Karlene assured me she can execute the design and told me not to worry. I highly recommend you go to her for all of your tailoring needs and one of a kind design.
