Salonge is always great. She is personable and professional. I've been going since 2015. It's by appointment so usually no waiting.
I just had my hair done here about 3 days ago. I got a braided ponytail style and I loved it! It's still looking very fresh, I liked the staff and Solange braided my hair. She was friendly and cared about my comfort, the rest of the staff was friendly as well. I would definitely go back and recommend anyone to go, just bring a picture and she can fulfill your hair style desires!
Ah man.. where to start? First off, I’ll say that my hair braiding was done decently; I received plenty of compliments. That’s the only good thing. Customer service was literally the worst I’ve ever experienced in a salon. Would love to go into details but it’s honestly too much. The owner needs to learn A LOT more about how a (successful) business should be ran and should take a few classes on professionalism as well. Good luck to her and her employees, they need it. Would not recommend this place at all.
I called to ask a few questions about pricing. Got to speak with Solange, she was very nice and pleasant. Made an appointment the same day. Got there the entire staff was wonderful. Adeesha started my hair and was awesome! And Sasha did the front both these ladies did a wonderful job on my hair. Painless braiding in a wonderfully pleasant atmosphere.This is my hair shop I will always get my hair done here. I give this shop 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
