A+.. I have very sensitive skin and had been afraid to get treatment done. The staff took the time to make sure I fully understood each treatment and what to expect. They made sure I was comfortable before we even began. Sareta is so friendly and fantastic at what she does. So happy I found this place. My skin looks amazing!
10/10 Serata was so amazing !!! She is very professional, knowledge in her field and so patient as this was my first time doing laser hair removal. I was nervous about it but she was very accommodating. She is gentle and makes sure you are the most comfortable. The facility is very clean and beautiful. At first I was sketchy since it is a new business but I am glad I took a chance! This is a new local Female Black owed business 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I love to see it !!! She has all my Support Will be going back for more services and I am recommending to all my friends and family ! 🥰🥰🥰
Sareta is extremely professional and is guaranteed to give you an amazing experience. She makes her patients super comfortable and has so much knowledge about laser hair removal. She is extremely flexible in her scheduling and you cannot beat her prices. I would 100% recommend her to everyone and anyone I know!
I had a wonderful experience at Fletcher Med Spa! Sareta is professional and personable all at the same time, which really makes for a great experience. I loved that I felt comfortable from the minute I walked in, she doesn't make you feel like a number or a paycheck. I was able to feel at home and relaxed for my laser hair removal. Sareta tested on parts of my skin to make sure we were using the right laser strength, which I really appreciated. I'm positive I will be changing all of my med spa procedures over to Fletcher Med SpaI from here on out, and I would recommend it to anyone.
