If you are looking for a place to get your dental career, this is a great school for you. Dr. Felder and Staff are very professional and hands on. I am graduating today and I am so happy I took the decision to come here.
Avoid this practice at all costs (no pun intended). They shake you down in their office for payment on the spot, push high priced services, are rather insulting by saying things like “well your teeth are crooked” trying to push Invisalign, and pushing periodontal cleanings every few months. I’m a middle aged man that has always taken care of my teeth, wore braces as a youth, and feel this office preys on people. And although they demand payment on the spot, you will receive multiple invoices 6 + months after your appointment for services you can’t pronounce let alone substantiate. And when you call their office with questions about your bill, they immediately forward you to a 3rd party billing company. Heed the warning and pay attention to the 1 and 2 star reviews.
Dr. Felder's office is now sending positive review templates (and who knows what incentives) to artificially inflate her online score. I've reported this to google. This office pushes unnecessary high-dollar procedures and disrespects patients. Please read the one and two-star reviews carefully before deciding for yourself.
Highly recommend!!! Dr. Felder and staff are very kind and professional. She is an amazing dentist and truly cares for her customers and makes sure they are comfortable. I enjoy every appointment and it’s always a painless process.
I never have disliked going to the dentist but, before I went to Dr. Felder I was definitely didn't trust any dentist I had visited (after my childhood one retired). I have gone to Dr. Felder three times and I can honestly say, she is incredible! Her professional honest friendly approach and gentle touch is why I have all the confidence in her! It feels like we are a team working toward my dental health. Thank you Dr. Felder!!! *Healthcare system FYI: As a healthcare professional myself, I see the negative attention providers get on many things out of their control or reactionary to our broken healthcare industry. Impacts can be: the relationship between any healthcare provider- your insurance company/ all of your employer's chosen plans - medical vs prescription coverages- pharmacies/ brand vs generic medication, etc. It's super important for us as patients to get wise on the cost of healthcare in our country and who is responsible for what in the chain of management.
