Had such a great experience with the team at Bridal Trousseau. Before my Private Champagne appointment, they called to check for allergies and for a few dress ideas. On the day of the appointment, Yvonne was so attentive and listened to every detail about what I liked and didn’t like for each dress to help find the perfect one. Definitely would recommend!
Bridal Trousseau was the 7th dress shop I went to, and I was starting to feel defeated. From the second I walked in, I saw so many dresses I immediately liked! The staff was sooo professional, helpful, calm, and kind! I explained the styles of dresses I liked/didn't like, and they brought out so many dresses that matched my vision! From the second I put on a dress, I KNEW it was the one! They helped me pick out straps that would match my dress. The fitting process was soo easy, and they were sooo helpful! I loved that they do the fittings at the shop! I received sooo many compliments on my dress, and I truly felt amazing in it! I highly recommend Bridal Trousseau!
Highly recommend Bridal Trousseau! I had an amazing experience. Everyone was so friendly and super helpful! Yvonne helped me find my dress and she was great. Yvonne was supper accommodating and actually listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect dress for me. Not only was I extremely happy with the customer service but I felt taken care throughout the entire process from start to finish!
I just had my first bridal dress search experience at Bridal Trousseau and am beyond happy with the entire day! Yvonne made my mom, my soon-to-be M.I.L, the bridal party, myself, and the biggest V.I.P.- my niece, the Flower Child, feel welcome and helped keep the afternoon flowing, fun, and comfortable. I am not the best with all eyes on me (I know, I have to practice for the wedding day) and Yvonne helped ease any nerves and was clear in how the process worked- and it did! We narrowed down options and I left feeling uplifted (and with some decisions to be made!) and the other guests had a blast as well. The selections were incredible and the styling was on-point. I highly recommend Bridal Trousseau for a truly special time.
if I could wear my dress all the time now, I would. I felt elegant, sexy yet secure all day. Toni, Vera, and all the staff helped me find the perfect dress and veil to match. I decided last minute to add an embroidery to the dress and Vera made sure it was sewed on for my pickup a week later. The seamstress created a beautiful bustle and while I decided to forgo any sleeves or shoulder coverings, she guided me towards options should I have decided to go down that path. They are very clear about their payment and alternation costs and provide options for payments; an added bonus was I got my dress and veil at a trunk show, which they hold often, and that saved me some money as well!
