It was my first time doing knotless box braids and I had such a great experience at the salon. The shop is in a nice area and is very clean. Both Phatyma the shop owner and Fatima her assistant were super friendly, funny, very attentive, informative, patient and super talented. It took a while but I was entertained the whole time and the wait was definitely worth the end result. I left feeling beautiful! It’s been a week and I can’t tell you how many complements I’ve gotten on her work. Thank you so much!!!!
Phatyma is absolutely amazing at what she does! Her professionalism , knowledge, and bubbly personality makes for a great fun environment where you can relax and feel comfortable while she makes you beautiful! The braids are top notch and very well done and I never have had any complaints coming here . I always leave happy and satisfied! This place is absolutely amazing! Phatyma made me feel so comfortable and welcomed and explained how to upkeep my hairstyle I got while working on my hair, she took her time and double checked everything I didn’t even have to overlook cause I knew she was handling it correctly. On top of that her personality can light up a room, please if no one ever steered you correctly trust that I am and make your next appointment here.
The epitome of perfect customer service!!!!!!!!!! I mean from the very first text… After looking at their Instagram I knew there was no way they had openings for this month. To my surprise, I was able to book next day service that included a very warm, welcoming atmosphere filled with love and laughter!! These wonderful women succeeded in making me feel comfortable with great talks and thought provoking topics with life lessons involved. It was better than therapeutic and as a result, they’ve got a client-friend for life. Phatyma x 2 - thank you both for a much needed revival to my hair, it needed TLC.
