My first time here and the service was amazing! Will def be coming back. The prices are worth it for the service you get. Def. recommend. They take their time and treat you very well. Im glad I found my new hair salon in Stamford :)
I came in today at 1 for my 1:30 pm haircut and blow out. At 1:30 pm an employee told me that the hairstylist won’t be available until 5 pm. This is extremely unprofessional and unappreciated. Not sure why they had a 1:30 pm time available if no stylist would be there to provide services. This was my first time going there and I won’t be returning.

I love this place ! Where do I start the wigs are amazing ! The hair is all amazing. They cater to all types of nationality’s. I bring my daughters for silk press as well. they give you amazing treatment & service. I love when I get my hair washed the chair gives you a wonderful massage. And they give you wine ! And you walk out looking & felling like a million bucks.
This place is struggling as a salon. Only one stylist and the rest are trainees. I spent 4 hours at this place just for a simple trim and blow dry. A blow dry that consisted of getting a hair straightener through my hair. I expected something better for a salon at the mall. They are losing customers because they only have one hair stylist at the moment. The place looks very nice in the inside but it doesn’t matter how nice it is if the client on the chair has a bad experience with her haircut. A women goes to the hair salon to feel pretty. If you don’t get that feeling because you are sitting for 4 hours on a chair. That’s not correct.... needs to improve as a hair salon!
