Best florist shop in New Haven by far. Extremely sweet staff and always has a great variety to choose from. Never once been disappointed from my many, many visits. Ms. Carrien and her husband are the best. Can't wait for these flowers (esp the lilies) to bloom.
My husband, James, and I ordered flowers for our daughter hoping to get same day service for a spontaneous special occasion. The florist went above and beyond for us. Moreover, the value was extraordinary and service impeccable. Our daughter is over the moon with the gorgeous arrangement she received!
Quick turnaround, fantastic customer service, gorgeous flowers... able to accommodate the time window I requested! Will definitely be giving Any Occasion my business again in the future!
I recommend using another florist. On 6/10/23, I placed an order (and paid for) flowers to be delivered on 6/17/23. The flowers were never delivered and I was never notified of a problem. When I emailed to ask what happened on 6/18/23, I was told their staff person was sick the day before and a refund was issued. So their response after the fact was satisfactory, but it was too late. #expectmore
I called late this afternoon to see if they could do a same day delivery and Carrien was so accommodating and great to work with. She put together a beautiful arrangement that my friend absolutely loves and says smells amazing. Thank you so much for all your help!
