I love that Natalie asked another stylist her opinion on what we could do about my hair issues. The other stylist made some suggestions and with that, we decided on a plan. I was so pleased with the outcome. Very nice to see coworkers, working well with each other.
Brandon is the best! I love watching him work with his clients. He’s so kind, attentive, and talented. Clients always leave looking fabulous. He really knows what he’s doing!! All the staff at both salons (Vogue on 24 and Vogue on 54) are such lovely people. It’s clear Brandon and Darren take pride in their salon family! Most definitely recommend these salons/spa!
Laura is a great stylist. She always greets me with a smile. Even though she hasn’t been my stylist for very long, she makes me feel like I’ve been coming to her for years. She has a great rapport with her other stylists as well. I feel very confident sitting in her chair. Highly recommend.
Laura W did my cut and color. I am a natural redhead that is going white. I was coloring my hair and it was off. My color looks very natural and I still look like a redhead. The cut is also amazing! I highly recommend her!
My experience was horrible. First I went for a conciliation and the person who did my hair made me feel comfortable. She told me she was able to do my hair no problem and not to worry. After the appointment my hair was destroyed! She didn’t do a color test and now my hair starts orange and slowly changes 2 other shades of some color I’m not sure what to call. I didn’t say a word when I left because I was about to cry. So I paid and cried all the way home. I forgot my sun glasses so I call when I calmed myself down some to let them know I forgot the glasses and I was not happy with the job, I was told sorry honey there is nothing we can do. So no kind of refund or an offer to fix it not that I’d allow them to touch my head again. Definitely do not recommend
