Ebon is my stylist. He came from his own shop babes. I love him and he works hair as if it was art. However I’m not happy with the prices. I paid over $200 and my color start at 105. I was told the wash cost extra and I paid for the style a cut which makes sense. However I shouldn’t be paying for a wash when I got my hair colored. Washing comes regardless. It was great music & a nice environment. The owners make the decor beautiful also. We will be back. ☺️
First time visitor, definitely will be back! Great experience at Resh. This is a full service salon for hair and nails. I was amazed at how large the space is, sectioned off by stations for hair washing, an area for steaming, a room for blowdrying, and then the main area for styling - Such a great use of the space. I had an 830am appointment, and I arrived about 10 minutes early. Not only was the salon already packed but my appointment was right on schedule. You can tell that the salon operates efficiently with the assistant immediately getting you started with your wash and then handed off to your stylist. The stylists were all super professional and welcoming. I worked with BB and she got me RIGHT!!! Her 30 years of experience are apparent in her technique and professionalism. Definitely will be making this my go-to salon.
My hair turned out nice and the atmosphere was a vibe but not happy with the inflated prices. I was charged $240 for color, cut and style. Each service includes the wash and conditioner which is attached to the price. I’ve gone other places and they only added the cost of the wash and conditioner once. Which is sensible not only logically but cost wise for the customer. I didn’t contest the price but I definitely feel I was over charged. I don’t go to salons often just for this reason.
Sadly, WORST salon experience ever! Made a same day appointment, once checked in waited 45 minutes until I got up and asked if stylist knew I arrived. "What's your name?" Seriously? Only 1 person check in 30 min after me. Waited another 10 min before getting taken back for hair wash. Then a 2nd person tag teamed detangling my hair, then sat in steamer for 40 minutes and when it was time for blow drying, guy was rushing, snagging my hair around, then had me wait as he walked in hall to co-workers, came back & said "Ms. Brittany, I will have to put a cap on your hair because I have to color someone's hair real quick". Wait what?? I been here for 2 HOURS & my hair still not even blow dryed. Then he passed me off to someone else to dry my hair, I had to wait on them for 5 min. Then I was sent back to waiting room for another 20+ min cuz my stylist STILL was with someone else. There mom is working front desk & is OVER BOOKING clients, trying to keep that money in the family & service is trash. In addition to all that, there is no space to barely walk! All the chairs are smacked right beside each other and there is NO VENTILATION in there. NEVER AGAIN.
LOVE LOVE LOVE THE WAY CURL LUSH AND NIRVANA DEFINES MY CURLS!!!! My hair has shine, is soft and my curls are popping - I’m such a fan. For anyone considering a shampoo and go these products can help you accomplish that goal. MANY THANKS TO MICHAEL FLAGG AND THE RESH TEAM
