Called to schedule an appointment, they use an answering service, 5 days later still haven’t returned my call. I wouldn’t recommend!
This company is amazing! NorthNode counseling just opened up in July of 2019. (Couple months ago) But My mother and I , came in to schedule a new patient appt. and Alex got us both in the very next day. Alex is a very polite, caring person and goes above and beyond to help his clients. The staff as well as Mr. Alex are very professional, and they all make you feel welcomed. Everyone there is very laid back and connect with their patients on a level of complete understanding. They never judge anyone and they are always there to listen. This company has a lot of different services that they can provide to their clients in all different aspects, and it’s all in the same place. How much better can it get? They also deal with not only adults, but children and do outpatient services. I would definitely recommend others to this profession for these types of needs.
Currently attending counseling and this is the best treatment I have ever received. Highly recommend Claude as a counselor. The staff is all very polite and willing to help.
I would NOT recommend. No communication daughter had appt no ohine call email nothing about cancellation. Will call for the payment but will not call for any other communication. Daughter went 3 weeks without them scheduling an appt. Would not send children to this place they care about the money and definitely not the Children.
This place has no care or sense of importance for a person's recovery. Recovery is a time sensitive thing and this place does not seem to think it is. Find somewhere else if you need help.
