The staff is incredibly friendly greeting you as you come in the door. Dr. Ballard is knowledgeable and explains everything to you in understandable terms. He took the time to fully go over my child dental health, and presented several options on how to improve my Childs teeth, and all this is done in a professional and positive manner. By far the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Great staff and great location. Highly recommended.
Took my 2.5 year old son for his first Dental appointment. He was scared at first but they made it so easy and he settled down immediately. I would recommended this office to anyone needing a good pediatric dentist. Great environment, clean and friendly staff.
I won't come back here ever again uggghhh... so I came 20 mins early to my appointment everyone who came after me was seen first whatever one hour later still waiting to be seen when FINALLY we get called... they don't have rooms it's an open layout with about 4 dentist chairs with a tiny 2 foot wall between each chair and you can hear EVERYTHING FROM EVERYONE I can hear each tv I can hear everything the doctor is telling each patient the noises of several drills parents talking to each other and children yelling (that's expected though) NO SENSE OF PRIVACY 😤🙅🏽♀️ The picture provided shows the open layout with the tiny walls "separating" every chair... not to my liking will go somewhere else with more a organized system.
Love Kool Koala! All 4 of my kids look forward to going here. The entire staff is amazing! I absolutely recommend going here if looking for a great pediatric dentist!
We love it here! The energy in the office is contagious and brings us joy whenever we visit. Dr. Ballard is kind, knowledgeable and patient with his patients.
