We used Karlene's service for the second year and have had great success in booking family vacations. Our first year we booked 5 people from two US cities and one from the Ukraine to all meet in Cancun, Mexico. This year we are going back to the same area and have left all the arrangements to Karlene. When trying to book ourselves, we were easily overwhelmed by all the options and trying to make sure the right connections were in place. Using Karlene has made the planning so much easier and stress free. Definitely recommend and would use her services again.
Karlene was extremely helpful and kind, especially when the guy at the resort tried to rip us off she helped set up all our excursions for us!
