This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. Beautiful atmosphere, clean and bright. Staff was knowledgeable and very inviting. Intake paperwork was digital and effortless and Dr. Carson was awesome… so pleasant, professional and quick! Would recommend this office to anyone in a need of a service they provide!
Great experience at the navy yard location. All of my questions were answered before the procedure was complete and I felt no pain at all. I was a little scared to get a root canal but the staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable with my decision. I would definitely refer anyone to go to the Navy yard location. Also, parking wasnt that either.
I truly was impressed with the entire visit. The welcoming reception’s demeanor was absolutely outstanding. The place was well maintained and very clean. You have to choose this location for all of your specialized dental treatments.
RCT Endodontics Navy Yard/Dr. Chayne Coston was a phenomenal find! In May my dentist instructed me to see an endodontist to get confirmation of a condition or lack thereof. The one he recommended didn’t take insurance and would have charged an initial consultation fee of $500. I postponed my visit thinking that there had to be normal endodontists who accepted insurance and also did high-quality work. I searched the carrier’s website and found RCT. The reviews of the practice and Dr Chayne Coston were uniformly excellent so I decided to try RCT. I went there today and couldn’t have been more pleased. The offices were impeccably kept, with lots of natural light and open spaces. The equipment was new and modern. I felt reassured being in the space. Dr. Coston himself was a consummate professional. Don’t be fooled by his youthful countenance — his years of experience were evident in the way he handled himself and his behavior toward me as a patient. He explained everything in detail. He took the time to say what he was going to do and why, what to expect, and the possible outcomes. He answered my questions thoroughly and followed through precisely. In the end, he interpreted the scans in an understandable way while pointing out the pertinent details. He then diagnosed that I needed no further treatment, which was music to my ears. I’d never been to an endodontist before so have nothing with which to compare my visit. Without hesitation, however, I would go back to see Dr. Coston if the need arose. He also had a sense of humor and a warm personality. On a lighter note, I discovered that we had both gone to NYU, separated by about 25 years — he to their dental school and I to their undergrad and law school — so we compared notes. I’m definitely going to recommend him to my general dentist as a provider of endodontic services and one who also takes insurance.
I’m barely out the door and I have to give Dr. Coston & his team their flowers. It has been the absolute best experience from the customer service & prep, to care during & post the procedure. Quality and comfort is a priority here. Dr. Coston is so down to earth and very much an expert in his field. He made sure I understood everything that was taking place and all of my options. Most importantly he was quick and thorough with the procedure. I would highly recommend!
