The staff of this store ruined one of my couture tux jackets, despite being given clear instructions from the original designer on how to make minor adjustments to the garment and additional instructions to not make any alterations if they were unable to do so without harming the embroidery/beading/integrity of the original design. After botching it the first round, they attempted to fix it only to ruin it further and completely render the garment unwearable. They still have not compensated me for the loss of value and original cost, the damage which was done in February, and it's has been a nightmare trying to get resolution on this. Strongly recommend NOT using this business for any couture or high end designer garment alterations.
A suit I ordered online came almost a week late. I was able to get the suit tailored and back to me in 3 days, right in time for the wedding I’m attending. I HIGHLY recommend them for your tailoring needs!

Unfortunately, Hugo Boss doesn't have an in-store tailor any more.
Amazing place, I recommend so many of my friends to go here. I had a skirt I needed fitted to my body for Halloween and was nervous about getting it done in time but they were so nice and altered my skirt within 10 mins of me walking in 🥹🫶🏼
