Wow, Christin is absolutely amazing. She did a friends makeup for her wedding and I was so impressed I had her come and do a makeup class for my 2 bridesmaids and myself. Christin spent so much time walking us through each step, recommending brands and colors for each of us, and tailoring the looking that we each wanted. As someone that rarely wears makeup and wanted a very natural look, Christin took the time to show me how I could add or remove makeup depending on what I needed. I was able to practice for a few weeks before my wedding and felt so confident doing my make up before our wedding hike and on the wedding day. I feel like I finally know what I am doing and am excited to continue doing my makeup in the future! Thank you so much! I felt beautiful and like myself :)
Christin is a PHENOMENAL makeup artist who created my dream soft glam look for my wedding! I was nervous, having very little experience with professional makeup, but Christin was so easy going, hilarious, and a whole lot of fun to be around! She did a consultation with me first to learn my vision and involved me in decisions to ensure the final look was something I loved. I loved my wedding makeup trial so much that I quickly booked Christin again for my engagement photos. On my wedding day, she arrived early, created five amazing looks for my mom and bridesmaids (who all had very different skin), and really brought the laid back vibes that that every bride wants in the getting ready room. My makeup photographed so well and stayed on all night, even after an outdoor summer ceremony and hours of dancing. I am looking for more reasons to hire Christin again ASAP! If you are considering hiring her, do it! You won't be disappointed.
Christin is exceptional! She is a joy to work with and her work is excellent, the makeup she did for me stayed on all night like a dream. I have worked with her for over 5 events I’ve had and she is always so efficient and wonderful to talk with (regarding what you’re looking for in your makeup and on life in general!) She is thoughtful, kind, professional, and easy-going. Could not recommend working with her more!
Such a great experience getting our makeup done by Christin. She is a brilliant artist with attention to detail, creativity, and kindness. She made everyone on set feel comfortable and confident. She listened to each of our needs and preferences and we couldn’t have felt more confident on camera because of her! Not to mention, she spent time with us after the shoot to tell us more about the products she used that we wanted to get for ourselves! We wish we could take her everywhere with us!
If you are on the fence, BOOK! I went to Christin before my work headshot and not only is she delightful to talk to and be around, she is incredibly talented. She covered several of my rough face breakouts and made me feel beautiful and confident. I will 100% be using her for all other future events I need makeup for and will also be booking a “learn how” makeup session. 10/10 experience. Talented AND extremely hospitable.
