We had a family dinner catered by Chef Melo. First thing I always look for is communication prior to an event and punctuality. Chef hit the mark on both before we even tasted her food. The menu we picked was straight from her website and it was excellent. Chef also doesn't hold back on the presentation. Highly recommend Chef Melo.
I hired Chef Melo for my daughter's Graduation Party and my mother's 60th Birthday Brunch Celebration and she is absolutely wonderful!! The food was excellent and the service was phenomenal!!!! We never had an empty glass. I've never seen a team work so hard and the service just kept coming. After the event all I got was compliments about the food. Chef Melo takes pride in what she does from the menu to the food displays. Best decision I ever made-I will continue to use Chef Melo's service for all events. Thanks you!!
Top Tier Service with an Xclusive experience!!! I was referred to Chef Melo owner of Xclusive Eats by The Grand Rose Ballroom. September 2021, I had the pleasure of speaking with chef after reviewing her website, FB and IG. I knew she would be a perfect fit for my event. I booked Xclusive Eats before I even scheduled a tasting. Over the course of a year prior to my event I did have my tasting which was perfect followed by a private anniversary dinner in my home which was truly an experience 😍. I changed my menu so many times and Chef understood and was very accommodating and so sweet❤️. When I finally narrowed down what I wanted, Chef Melo customized a Cajun menu just for my event. She was ON POINT!!! My guest are still raving about the food. Chef has a unique style and I love her marketing, presentation and the food is delicious! We utilized Xclusive Eats services for our first all employee holiday party. It was absolutely spectacular! Chef Melo worked with us in customizing our menu for vegan, vegetarian and non-pork dietary needs. If you are looking for luxury, professional and top notch service, then Xclusive Eats is who you should use for your Corporate / Team Building events.
First off I would like to say my mouth watered from the presentation alone. Once I taste the food, that was another celebration. Great service, friendly staff and the meal was made from love. I was be booking and recommending in the future. Thank you again.
