I have been going here for years and just saw that there was not that many reviews. I have never had an issue with them at all. There were a couple of times that the owner told me that I couldn't use cash for purchases under 10$, but when I didn't have cash he took it anyways. I appreciated how he recognized making an exception for a repeat customer. I just go there now and make sure that I am giving them more than 10$ of business every time I go. It's in a convenient loaction for Falls Church area. My dad uses them too. I recommend.
These guys are just the absolute best, both on price and on customer service and I would recommend them unreservedly. I have only had (to my recollection) one problem with them, and they resolved it at no charge.
Ripped my shirt and didn't take responsibility: When I went to pick up my dry cleaning, I was told that one of the shirts was ripped. The cashier showed me the giant hole in the sleeve, wrote on the receipt "Shirt was damaged" and told me to come back to speak to the manager to get compensation for the damage (up to $50 as stated on the sign). I came back and spoke to the manager and she told me that the shirt was damaged when I brought it in and that there was no way their machines could have ripped it. I asked why they tagged the shirt, washed it and both wrote on my receipt and told me verbally that they ripped it. After 15min. of arguing she gave me $1.29 for the cost of the dry cleaning.
