Carol Howard booked our family an amazing trip to Montego Bay. Everyone, regardless of age, enjoyed themselves. We felt safe the entire time, especially after being the two year pandemic. I will be booking my next trip with Travelholics LLC in the near future.
Big up to Carol Howard! She planned an amazing trip for my sisters 40th birthday. It was so amazing I will be booking with her for my 40th birthday. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 5 Stars - Sade’s expertise and services are excellent! Loved our vacation on the MSC Seaside cruise ship! We definitely will be using her services again.
It seems that some people received other reps and received great service. Our representative was Sade Howard. From my personal opinion as well as the opinion of my crew- WAS UNPROFESSIONAL. I do not recommend this service at all. From the top - we booked with her to go to Bora Bora. She sent us a flyer and the flyer stated she's not covering flights but she will cover the resort in our fee. She sent us the suggested flights and times to buy . Unfortunately , we found our 4 weeks before the trip those suggested flights were only to Tahiti and not to the Bora Bo we needed. Since she did not let us know this information , we requested to get on a call and discuss this and we never got on the phone with her. Instead we're met with a string of emails basically telling us the best she can do is get us on a 7 HOUR ferry for free or we had purchase the other flights an additional 300+. We asked her about an option to cancel with refund - she said the option was available and it would be 100 pp to cancel. So being that we paid 1476 per person if the vendor chose not to give a waiver we're still entitled to 1376 per person. Cancellation request from her reply was to be placed on 2/16 and she provided an update on 2/20 that the cancellation was placed. March 1st , I replied with an update and she stated "the refund would processed in 2 weeks " On March 13th i received a refund for my last two payments which equaled to 1853. Which is 62% of what we paid (2/4 people). The other two parties received no refund. There is NO WAY a vendor said hey out of 4 people I'm going to refund 62% of 2 people and nothing for the other two. Long story short we said if we don't get an update soon we will go to litigation. She said her "attorneys" will be in touch - Her "attorneys" sent a pdf from a gmail account = The website in the letter head does NOT work , and the phone number goes to a ZEN OFFICE. We currently have my attorneys looking into this matter as it seems fraudulent as well as the matter of only two people receiving refunds out of 4. And the two only received 62%. We're having our attorney look into reaching out to third party vendor to see the actual amount refunded as well as the "attorneys" office she said wrote us. If it's a fraudulent attorney they're in big trouble - so we're standing by to see what our lawyer finds. All facts we have receipts - I have the right to our experience and opinion. I would not recommend - but congratulations to those who had a good experience - WE DID NOT.
