Never again! I booked several cruises through this company. I was working with one agent. One time he was not available, I spoke with another representative to select a balcony room. She booked a room directly over a bar. I argued with her that it would be too noisy, but she convinced me all would be fine and the room would be quiet - WRONG!!! I had to listen to the thumping of music and people laughing and whooping it up until they closed. I recently booked another cruise with the agent I normally use. ( I did not fault him for the prior room booking.) I explained to him that I was unhappy with the prior room that was booked. This time the agent, not only booked our room above a bar, he also booked a balcony that was virtually unusable. If my husband and I wanted a good balcony experience we had to leave our room and go on deck. One time my husband was showing me something off the balcony and we had to switch places so I could see what he was trying to show me. What a waste of money to book a balcony room with this company! My husband and I were on our honeymoon, and we were stuck listening to the thumping music all evening (again), and were unable to enjoy the balcony we paid for. Certainly not an restful nor enjoyable honeymoon experience! One would think if you are loyal to an agent, they would make sure your experience would be enjoyable. I hope he made good money off of my cruises, because it'll be the last time for him and this company.
I was quoted a price that included specialty dining packages for four. Once onboard, Royal Caribbean had no record of for 2. I spent hours of my vacation and several days after seeking remedy to no avail. My cruise occurred in March and I’ve still not been made whole. My inquiries with cvo Carlos Brigoni go unanswered and it’s been very frustrating. I will have to open a case with BBB. Going forward I’ll book directly with cruise line
I have nothing but the greatest praise for Natalia (ext 140) who has been our personal cruise consultant for nearly ten years. She has always found us the best suites available at prices well below the cruise line's listed prices. She has always obtained for us the best deals available, going out of her way to get us packages and on board credits that are not to be seen elsewhere. I would not consider using anyone else.
