I’m sure this place does great work, and I had a positive customer service experience. My issue is the pricing and wait times. I spent $140 for a diagnostic (no repair) which at other places would be about $40. They also charge $200 more than other places for the actual repair (screen replacement) and other places take 1 hour to do the repair while they gave me an expected wait of a week. The biggest issue is that they wanted me to pay $250 to backup my computer when I had provided my own hard drive. For reference, this takes about 5-10 minutes of active work and a couple hours of letting the computer do it’s own thing. Other places charge $40 when you provide a hard drive and $150 when you don’t. Again, I’m sure they do good work but when you can save hundreds of dollars and weeks of wait time getting repairs other places it’s silly to go here. I have nothing against anyone who’s actually doing the repairs, just their wait times and predatory pricing.

We had a major computer issue where we were locked out of everything Microsoft and not able to send documents out using Quickbooks along with many other functions. Shawn came out yesterday and within a couple hours had us completely back up and running. He also made sure we weren't getting charged extra from GoDaddy for our subscriptions on things we weren't using. We have never had a computer company come to our business or repair our items before and we were very hesitant to even call. Definitely glad we did! Thank you for the professional customer service, listening to our concerns and most of all for fixing our issue. Thank you!
