Never actually been to the store, but had an issue where I needed to contact them. Customer service was atrocious! Can honestly say, will never shop in one of the stores. I feel politeness and common courtesy go a long way!
Great place to find unique items for your home, gifts for others, fun greeting cards and wedding gifts. You can find items from local vendors, where they feature a new local vendor monthly. In addition to the quality of the inventory, I really like the price points of her merchandise. I think her pricing is better than "competitive," especially for niche-market retail. The store is on a corner of Wilson Blvd. (close to George Mason Dr.) in Arlington and very easy to park - for free.

Charming local store with a great variety of household and personal gift items. I can always find something I want here, and a go-to place when I need a gift. And I agree with another reviewer that the prices are spot on.
