Had to plan a last minute party for my company, with only 3 days lead, they were able to help me and fit our budget. Thank you James and ERDC team, very much appreciate the great service and last minute help!
Do not rent from them. I asked for a 13ft red Carpet for a big event we were having and what came in was 10 different small dirty carpets. When I called to tell them what happened, they stopped answering their phone. A couple of days later I saw double charges on my card. Now I’m trying to figure out how I can dispute the charges. You will not get what you pay for and you will most likely end up disappointed.
Scammers scammers scammers. They will take your money and not accountability and then block you every time you try to reach out to them. They charged an on-site fee and STILL put the tent in the wrong place. No emails answered, no calls back and now they are blocking any number we attempt to reach them at. Ridiculous. James Hill is a scammer. Absolutely do not book with this company.
James was very helpful and provided me a tent last minute for a funeral and even gave me a discount. I can't thank him enough.
DO NOT RENT. They are scammers as others have posted in their reviews as well. They are evading paying us back the deposit in addition to the on-site visit fees they owe us. This company has the worst customer service. We used them to rent a stage and stairs for the stage for my wedding. The company put the stage in the wrong place, tried to blame someone from the venue and never bothered to let us know or check with us that there was a change to the plans. Throughout the process they were late to get back to us, charged us $300 for an on site visit fee which proved to be useless because they still put the stage and stairs in the wrong place causing every vendor to scramble, the vision for the wedding to be all wrong and had the worst customer service as they didn't pick up calls from the planner or our family for days regarding the incident or even apologize for the trouble that was caused. Do not work with this company and do not trust Millie Vega...she was so hard to get in touch with after the contract was signed and did not do her job at all.
