My first time going to a professional besides my mother an my experience was great. I love my hair an the owner was nice an very professional. Highly recommend if you need your hair done. I received medium box braids with curls.
I was immediately greeted at the door upon entering and Sylvie, the owner, was ready to begin with my appt. My appt was scheduled from 9am to 2pm. My braids were complete by 1:30pm. She is very professional an intentional with providing great customer service; that in itself was very refreshing. Her establishment is clean and maintained. Her assistant was professional and skilled as well. It's my first time not experiencing pain and discomfort with braiding. She is what we call a soft hand.' I have shaved sides and she skillfully braided my hair so that my shaved sides were fully concealed. Her braids are clean, neat, light weight, and reasonably priced. I purchased my braiding hair from her in shop stock and I really liked it. 10 out 10, I'd recommend.
My first time today! They were on time, salon clean, no bad smells, polite, educated on hair, and very professional. Maria did an amazing job on my micro box braids. The owner was just as pleasant and friendly as Maria. I have a new salon home! Go check these ladies out! You won’t be disappointed!!
I have gotten boho goddess locs several times, but this time I wanted to try something different. Naturally I was excited but nervous So I did my research and came across Sterling locs online, after reading previous customer feedback I felt at ease with my decision to make the appointment. Well I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a smile and attended not only promptly but with such kindness, I’ve yet to see in other salons. They took the time to listen and gave advice according to their expertise. Not only am I recommending this location to my friends & peers but I’ll absolutely go back. Thank you ladies for making my hair beautiful for my wedding!!!
Was blessed to have my locs retwisted by this sweet sister named Bernice. She did an amazing job and brought my locs back to life. I did the two strand twist style and this was the first time I had that style done without my head hurting from how tight it was. She took her time and was so sweet to speak to as well. All the ladies in this shop definitely know their craft! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
