Had my first facial done by Shanelle and it was truly amazing. The space she created is relaxing and welcoming. She explained everything she was doing and was so gentle. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Shanelle was absolutely amazing! When I walked through the door the ambiance of the entire salon was amazing and so welcoming, however when I got to shanelle's space, I was completely blown away at how comfortable I felt as soon as laid on her massage table. She assessed my skin and told me exactly what were my trouble areas without me saying a word. She gave me a plan as to what we were going to do. Now let me tell you when she started my facial the touch of her hands were God sent! It was almost as if she was praying over me as she was providing the service. I felt extremely relaxed, safe, and comfortable! I will be back as my next appointment is already set! If you're looking for a place that will give you direction and transparency this is it!!
I went and saw Shanelle for my first EVER pelvic waxing 😬 a Brazilian nonetheless. 😮💨 She was great! Very soothing atmosphere, explained the process to me, and instructed me throughout the process while keeping pleasant conversation and it completely took my mind off those literally one or two seconds of pain. She gave instructions and recommendations for aftercare, and even followed up with me a few days after my visit to see how I was doing. I commuted 40 mins from Chesapeake to see her and I don’t regret it. I will be recommending her to everyone! I will definitely be coming back for routine maintenance, no more shaving for me.
