I wanted to leave this review as appreciation , because I feel like my provider Ellen has truly helped me make my life better. Looking for mental health services is never easy and can be a very vulnerable time in one’s life , but Ellen accepted me with the most welcome open arms, and always listens and provides REAL solutions to my problems. It’s hard to find someone you can trust with your mental health but I feel like Ellen has always made mine a priority. I just can’t express enough gratitude for her. Thank you so much WCMH 💖
Drs are good. How ever now when I need a prescription refill I can't get one. I have been waiting over a month I have been out of a medication for three weeks. Even CVS called it in and they haven't heard back from the office.
i have been going here for a little over a year consistently and i have nothing but good things to say about this facility. i go to the inwood location, and the staff there is extremely accommodating, kind, and understanding. the therapist i see is super helpful and empathetic. i think i'll always recommend this place because of how much kindness and understanding they have shown me, especially in my most anxiety-ridden times. big thank you to winchester community mental health for helping me become a better, more stable, happier me!
Leaving here worse then what I did coming in ! Careless staff it’s their way or no way . Unfriendly lady who has an accent is very disrespectful and should be fired . Calling someone a week away from their appointment and say they can no longer do my only day I have off which is Wednesdays. And I told them in the beginning that was my only day I could get off . While she continued to say I basically need to take an extra day off work if I want to continue services . Medication management and this whole company just seems to be a joke for them to mess with your health and well being by keeping you off medication they said you shouldn’t just take yourself off by them messing around with your appointments making you go without! This place doesn’t care about your health or well being DO NOT COME HERE !!!!
This place is absolutely horrible. Went here today to try to get help get put back on medication that I am already prescribed but CHOSE to stop taking and now that I need It for real I literally have to argue with people like this. I understand there's people that ruin it for other people but come on. And I'm just saying this because it's not my situation but no wonder these people buy these medications off the street. It's because people like these guys. Very sad.
