I had call to see if the date I needed (December 2, 2023 at 4-9pm) was available and was told yes. And that I needed to make an appointment to come up and booked the event hall. I requested an appointment for as soon as possible because I wanted to make sure I got that date and time. The lady told me it would still be available. When I went in low and behold the time was taken by someone else a day before I got there. They gave me the morning, which wasn't my choice but I was going to make it work. I booked, but a month later I had to cancel (this was in April, 2023), and they wouldn't even give me half of the $200 deposit. This is a rip off. Because other event halls will give a full refund as long as you cancel within 24 to 72 hours. I cancelled 7 months in advance!!!!!!!!!! DON'T BOOK UNLESS YOU GET THE EXACT DATE AND TIME AND YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE.
Maria and her family/team are amazing. My event was perfect. My event was booked months in advance, but they were excellent with communication as time got closer to the date. The venue is beautiful and the perfect size.
The owners are great loving people!! I used this Hall for my 40th birthday!! It was amazing, they owners are very professional!! I look forward to doing business with them in the future!!
Celebrated a homegoing with friends . Was a nice environment and clean. Was visiting from out-of town, so I wasn't familiar with the area, and the signage was rather small and passed it several times before making a call for direct location.
This is our number one go-to venue for our events. Food was exceptionally delicious. Hall was superbly decorated and clean. Service was on point and staff was very professional and personable. Management (Maria) was very attentive, responsive and accommodating to our specific needs. She made sure all details were covered and followed up after the event. I look forward to our next event!
