Wonderful experience getting a haircut & balayage with Maria Luz! She worked her magic 🪄⭐️and I’m so happy with how my hair turned out! She listens to what I want and then works her magic & delivers every time. She is sweet, friendly, and an excellent hair stylist! Highly recommend seeing Maria Luz. The color is perfect and exactly what I wanted. Thanks again for making my hair look amazing! 💕

Maria Luz is the best hair stylist I have ever had. I am very picky with anyone cutting my hair or changing a new look but Maria Luz is not just my stylist. She is a friend , she makes you feel very comfortable and will advice on what to do with your hair. When you go to HE & SHE HAIR SALON you become part of your family. She takes very good care of me & always makes room for me since my schedule is always busy. I been getting my hair done by Maria Luz for many years. I am not sure why it took so long to write her a review since she is so Amazing , anyhow Maria Luz you are the best .
Maria is so amazing! She’s been cutting and coloring my hair for 2years now. She keeps my hair beautiful and so healthy during coloring. Definitely recommend her!!!
I walked in on a Friday morning at 10 am, asking if they had time for a cut and a color touch up. Sure, no problem. Great, i thought, 1 more item of my extensive list for today. But wait...after color was done, I was approached and was told that the stylist is still busy with another client and they do not have any openings until 4 pm. After voicing my displeasure, I explained that there will be no wiggle room, I have an event to host and 4 pm is a hard lock to get this done. I was assured that this was no problem, it was written down and I left. Guess what happened at 4 pm? I was told that the stylist is super busy with an emergency and they would not have time until 5 pm. I asked if the manager on duty could come over my house and host my event since I am going to get a haircut. She clearly did not see the sarcasm in my request. The manager on duty refused to get me in contact with the owner since she (owner of the manassas location) was the one guaranteeing my 4 pm appointment. I am all about supporting small business but when you fall short on the simplest of tasks and do not respect your clients timeframes when they clearly state that there is no exceptions to be made then nope, I can not recommend this establishment to anyone.
