By far the best facial I have ever gotten! Crystal is amazing, you can tell she really loves and cares about what she does. She takes an individualized approach, catering to what your specific needs and concerns are. I’ve been struggling with hormonal acne for almost a year now and saw a dramatic difference after just one visit. I’ve already booked my next appointment. If I wasn’t moving out of state I would be going to her AT LEAST once a month.
I bought a Groupon for a brow lamination with lash lift and tint and scheduled my appointment. I suffer from a neurological condition and had seen my neurologist earlier that day. Unfortunately, my condition was acting up and I physically didn’t think I was going to be able to get the service performed. I took medicine and rested for a few hours but by the time it was time to leave, I still wasn’t well enough so I called to try to reschedule. An incredibly rude woman answered the phone and told me there was nothing she could do to reschedule me since I called less than 24 hours prior to my appointment. I explained my medical situation and she said there are no exceptions to their cancellation policy and I would need to pay $30 in order to schedule another appointment. I completely understand having policies in place to prevent people from taking advantage but a business should care more about their customers. I feel like they discriminated against me because I have a disability. I would avoid this place at all costs.
This was my first experience getting a waxing treatment in the US and Crissi at Ro & Arrow Co. was very friendly , welcoming and really good at what she does! The place was very neat and hygienic and she didn't take a long time considering i had gotten a full legs and full arm waxing using hard wax. Will definitely go back again
I never got to check this place out because they modified my appointment without contacting me to confirm. My appointment was changed to another day and time without anyone ever contacting me at all. Then I get a no-show notification when I wasn’t the one who made the modified appointment.
