I have been wanting therapy to help my anxiety and self esteem issues for a while now and I’m glad I finally took that step. I didn’t know what exactly to expect or how I would feel about it, but I can feel the progress within myself. I feel grateful to have found Jose and tried out hypnotherapy and guided imagery. He helps me understand and neutralize the root of my issues. I look forward to my sessions with Jose because my mind feels clearer and calmer afterwards. Jose has a very calming energy and is patient with my process. He shares very insightful knowledge that really helps me understand my own process and what really matters. Since starting with Jose a few months ago, I see the difference in how I am beginning to think and feel. I can feel myself growing and I look forward to more sessions that will continue to help me experience a better life for myself. I would recommend anyone seeking therapy or self improvement to go see Jose.
Hypnotherapy has helped me so much with dealing with issues from my past that was negatively affecting my present life. I have seen such amazing changes in my thinking and the way I feel. I have been able to work through so many issues and I am truly grateful for Jose. Not only is he kind but extremely knowledgeable. He helps you to go back to those core memories that formed those unhelpful thought patterns and helps you to neutralize them so it doesn’t affect you in the present. Working with Jose has exceeded my expectations and in just months I have seen a huge difference. I recommend him to anyone looking to change their life drastically in a positive way. With time and consistency you can really see amazing changes! Consider hypnotherapy! 10/10 would recommend!
Revibe therapy was a life saver for me, with consistency mr. De La Cruz really helped me turn things around in my life. He’s great. It has been an amazing experience and I’ve learned so much about myself in the process. 5 stars, definitely recommend if you’re going through any mental battles, or even if you’re just interested in taking some edge off of your everyday life.
