I was in the area on business and found this place online…. read the reviews and wasn’t going to go, but, decided to give it a shot…. walked in the front door and was immediately greeted by the young lady behind the counter, who, after finding out I had never been there, gave me the grand tour, explaining where everything was in detail…. browsed the shop for about an hour and it was awesome…. didn’t purchase anything, but, on my way out was recommended another shop in the area to check out as well…. great experience!
I’ve been here 3x to give it another chance, just hoping maybe the owner had a bad day. Nope— he’s just abysmally rude. Lots of the used records say you can’t open them— I get it. I asked him to open it for me so I could inspect the $100 record. He gives me a hard time implying he’s only going to show me if I’m buying it. Anyways, found the record for $45 on Discogs you can eat it, dude.
Nice store. Looks like mostly new records are in the "easy to look through" areas, but they do have a ton of used. Good selection of new stuff, and I found some fun, ecclectic used vinyl too.
Went to the shop today for the RSD releases. Got there at 7am and they opened at 12. Around 10:00 they started handing out drinks and around 11:00 we got a slice of pizza! The staff was sooo friendly and inviting. Will definitely purchase my vinyls here from now on instead of the big box stores.
I came here to buy some classic records but the man working at the front was exceptionally rude for absolutely no reason. It seemed to be race related. I left and took my business elsewhere. This is not an acceptable way to treat a customer.
